UTB, UTR – roller and ball transfer units
Elesa+Ganter's newest transfer units are particularly suitable for applications on transfer and conveyor lines or end of production lines. The self-lubricating technopolymer structure ensures maximum
cleanliness as it does not require lubrication with oils and greases. Because of the corrosion-resistant materials, it is possible to wash them, even frequently.
The UTR type has plastic rollers in two different materials, while the UTB types have a ball design with plastic and stainless steel ball options for delicate and sharp materials to transfer. The UTB type is also available in an ESD free version for EPA areas.
UTR roller transfer units:
- acetal based technopolymer body in white colour
- acetal based technopolymer roller in white colour
- soft technopolymer roller in blue colour
- in two sizes
- 150N or 300N maximal load depending on the size
UTB ball transfer units:
- acetal based technopolymer body in white colour
- acetal based technopolymer ball in white colour
- stainless steel ball
- in four sizes with plastic ball, in two sizes with stainless steel ball
- 150-950N maximal load depending on the size
UTB-ESD ball transfer units:
- ESD free technopolymer body in black colour
- stainless steel ball
- only in one size
- 3000N maximal load
