NSF, NSL - trapezoidal threaded lead nuts and spindles
The Elesa+Ganter NSF and NSL products are a trapezoidal threaded flanged nut and spindle pair. The nuts are available in two grades of plastic material, one of which meets FDA EU 10/2011 requirements and is therefore suitable for food applications. TR 10x2 to TR 30x6 right threaded designs are available.
NSF trapezoidal threaded lead nuts:

polyamide based, self-lubricating, beige coloured technopolymer (W-type)

acetal-based, self-lubricating, white coloured technopolymer (F-type)

F-type is FDA EU 10/2011 compliant for food applications

for use between -40°C and +90°C

thread sizes between TR 10x2 and TR 30x6, right-hand thread design

flange nut design with fixing holes on the flange
