High performance sealing system

KOENIG-Expander® is an innovative high-quality sealing system was developed to plug unused technological holes of high-pressure hydraulic or pneumatic units. It provides reliable and leak-proof seal of holes both in hard and soft materials in case of static and impulsive, cyclic pressure loads as well.

KOENIG-Expander® products are not or only minimally require additional machining before installation in contrast to other procedures (such as threaded plugs, pins or balls punched into, welding, etc.). It can be settle very quickly and accurately and is used in every product with high quality requirements must be met. Main application areas to use in hydraulic and pneumatic control valves, pumps, manifolds as well as combustion engines, power transmission, brake systems, etc. we need leak-proof sealing of holes.
